Η κουζίνα και η τραπεζαρία μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν έως 8 άτομα για τα γεύματα. Στην κουζίνα θα βρείτε ένα ξύλινο πάγκο και όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για την προετοιμασία των γευμάτων. Το σπίτι προσφέρει επίσης κεντρική θέρμανση, επίπεδη τηλεόραση, DVD και eλεύθερο ασύρματο internet. Υπάρχουν σε όλους τους χώρους έργα τέχνης και μικρές εικαστικές εγκαταστάσεις.

Από τον δρόμο, ανεβαίνετε μερικά σκαλοπάτια σε μία καλοφτιαγμένη υπερυψωμένη αυλή με υπέροχη θέα. Πλακάκια cotto και χαλιά καλύπτουν το δάπεδο του ισογείου και μία ξύλινη σκάλα οδηγεί στον επάνω όροφο με τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια με ξύλινα πατώματα και οροφές. Έξι μεγάλα παράθυρα στον επάνω όροφο, προσφέρουν θέα στα γύρω βουνά και τη λίμνη.
This stone 100 sq meters home has a large living room with a fireplace, an adjoining dining area-kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom on the main level and 2 bedrooms on the upper level. The living room is comfortably furnished and the bedrooms are newly furnished with comfortable beds, linens and duvets. The Kitchen and the dining table will seat 8 people at meal times. In the kitcen you will find wooden countertops and all you may need for preparing meals. Other features include TV & DVD & WIFI internet connection. There are art works and art instalations in the house.
Set in a tranquil 'get away from it all' location, the house is 600 meters above the lake of Kastoria on the main tree lined street of the Community, just 10km from Kastoria city centre.
From the street, you raise a few steps to an elevated yard, with great views, that is wonderfully manicured. Cotto floor tiles and carpets are found throughout the main level of the house. A wooden stairway leads on the upper floor with the 2 bedrooms with wooden floors and ceilings, beautiful window views to the surrounding mountains and the to the lake
